The control valves with a rotary flap are designed to regulate the flow of water vapor (gases of the 2nd group). Regulation is carried out by changing the area of the passage section between the body and the throttle valve when it is rotated. The full opening of the shutter corresponds to the rotation of the lever at an angle of 75 degrees from the closed position. The maximum pressure drop on the valve is limited. It is installed on horizontal and vertical sections of the pipeline.
